Writing Emotions Workshop
Our ‘Wellness Week’ at TRC got off to a wonderful start with students participated in the ‘Writing Emotions’ workshop. The workshop was given by local writer and mental health advocate, Daragh Fleming.
The workshop was very engaging for participants and very uplifting. Pictured are some of the participants who enjoyed a chat and refreshments with Daragh afterwards.
Drawing for Wellness – Art Workshop
A big thank you to our very talented Art students Caroline and Helena who held a Drawing for Wellness Workshop as part of our Wellness Week.

Genealogy Service
Cultural & Heritage Studies students offered a free genealogical service for staff and students. Some amazing discoveries were made!
Sports and Exercise Activities
Big thanks also to our sports students for reminding us all that exercise is fun and easy, and the benefits for our mental health are huge!
