ISIC – International Student Identity Card

ISIC (International Student Identity Card) / Cork College of FET Student Card

All Cork ETB FET learners can apply for a Cork College of FET/ISIC (International Student Identity Card) student card.

What do I need to order a student card?

You will need to upload:

• 1. A head shot photo
  2. A letter from your campus or centre confirming that you are a student. The ISIC letter is available on your MIT student account Tramore Road Campus (Cork College of FET) (enrol.ie)
  3. Proof of who you are, for example a driving license or passport.
  4. You will need a credit or debit card to pay for your card.

   

  Please note the following:

  You will need to enter a discount code CORKFET to save €5 on the usual price

  Academic Institution Name – Tramore Road Campus

How much does a student card cost?

The cost for Cork ETB students when the discount code is entered is €5 for a virtual card (on your phone) and €12 for a virtual and plastic card.

Where can I order a card?

Go to www.isic.ie to order a card.

How do I order a student card?

• Go to www.isic.ie
• Click on Get the Card on the top left of the page

• Select the first option to order a Virtual ISIC card for your phone.

• Enter your personal details here and upload your photo. Please select Cork Education and Training Board as your Academic Institution.

• Upload the letter from your campus or centre confirming that you are a student and upload a photo of your passport or driving licence.

•  Tick the box to add a plastic card for an additional €2.

• You will have a chance to preview your card to check if you are happy with it. You can click on Edit Details if you would like to change anything.

•  You will need to pay €2 extra and provide your address, if you are ordering a plastic card.

• You will need to enter your payment details and your discount code to get €6 off the usual price.

• If you do not wish to pay with PayPal, click on the option circled below.

• You then have the option to enter your credit or debit card details.

• You will need to agree to the terms and conditions before you can place your order.

• You should receive your virtual card in a couple of weeks and your plastic card will follow shortly after.
